Drain, reserving 3 tlbps. drippings, crumble bacon.  In large bowl toss bacon with potatoes and onions.  In the drippings combine flour and sugard.  Combine water, vinegar, salt and pepper.  Stir in skillet, cook and stir until thickened.  Stir in cream.  Pour over potato mixture, toss gently to coat.  Serve warm. I use this on fish taco's. Add all remaining ingredients.  Bring to boil.  Reduce heat and simmer covered 1 hour. Stir in broth and water and bring to a boil, covered.&lt;br /&gt;Meanwhile, heat remaining 2 tlbsp. oil in a 12-inch skillettover high heat until hot but not smoking, then saute meatballs, turning occasiuonallyu, until browned all over, about 3 minutes.  Add meatballs to soup along with beans, and briskly simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and meatballs are heated through, about 15 minutes. Let stand 20 minutes.  Cream butter and sugars with a mixer.  Add oats; mix well.  Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.&lt;br /&gt;Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.   Add to oat mixture; mix well.  Pour into pan.  Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until browned.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat broiler.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Topping&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup soft butter&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup heavy cream&lt;br /&gt;1 cup packed light brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 cup shredded coconut&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl;  mix well.  Spread evenly over warm cake.  Place cake under broiler 2 inches from heat source. Put in cocoa and food coloring and mix well.    Sift together flour and salt and add to the creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.  Blend in vanilla, soda and vinegar.  Pour batter in 2 8 inch round pans and bake 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Icing&lt;br /&gt;1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese soft&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup shortning&lt;br /&gt;1 pound box confectioners sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 cup coconut&lt;br /&gt;1 cup pecans&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Blend cream cheese and butter together in mixing bowl.  Add confectioner sugar and blend.  Fold in coconut and nuts and spread on cooled cake. Paul Prudhommes Meat Magic&lt;br /&gt;salt &amp;amp; pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup flour&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix together in plastic storage bag. Fry up in stock pot until golden brown on all sides. Add 2 cans beef stock and simmer until meat is tender. This takes about 1 1/2 hours. You may need to add more beef stock. Add 1 chopped onion and chopped celery to your liking. Slice carrots and add them before meat is all the way tender. After meat is tender add three potatoes chunked and cubed. When these are done you can add other can vegetables if you like. We like corn and peas in ours. I also add 1 onion and celery to cook along with potatoes and carrots. I let all the excess flour out then I put some red pepper in the bag and shake it around.  Then put the chicken in the deep fryer at 375 for 20 minutes. Add the butter and process until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.  Pour in the egg white and blend it in to bind the dough until it holds together, if it is crumby, add the ice water,  1 tlb. at a time. Take a small bowl of rice mixture, gradually add egg/water mixture to it. Then return this to the rest of the rice mixture. Return it to starting to boil, remove from heat and pour in 1 tsp. vanilla. Add cinnammon and nutmeg to taste. I use real nutmeg. This is the best rice pudding you will put in your mouth!! Then make homemade whipping cream with heavy cream. It's the best. Put a couple talblespoons olive oil in frying pan. Add seasoned chicken strips and cook until done.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sauce&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup white cooking wine&lt;br /&gt;1 tlbsp, minced shallot&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup heavy cream&lt;br /&gt;12 tlbsp. unsalted butter, cut into small pieces&lt;br /&gt;salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bring wine and shallot to a simmer in heavy bottom sauceopan. Reduce the mixture by half. Add the heavy cream and reduce the mixture by half again. Then reduce the heat under the pan to low. Whisk in pieces of the butter a few at atime until all of the butter has been incorporated and the sauce is thick. Make sure you whisk during the entire time the butter is being incorporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bacon Pieces&lt;br /&gt;Tomatoes-chopped&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add sauce to top of chicken and then add bacon pieces and tomatoes! Stir in the flour and cook, stirring constantly to break up any lumps. Add the tomato paste and cook until the sauce begins to simmer and thicken, about 5 minutes. Add the cheeses stirring until they are melted and blended with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the chipotle seasoning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir until well combined. Pour unto prepared baking dish. Top with toasted panko bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes. Add the parmesan cheese and bake for 5 more minutes. I get the martelli macheroni at Whole Foods. Put flour on your hands and put it back in forth to make a ball then roll them out and cut them in squares. Deep fry them till they are light brown on both sides. Sprinkle powdered sugar on them. We like ours with syrup and butter. Put in small bowl, set aside. Next put sugar in another bowl. Add heavy cream. Stir gently with wisk. Put in microwave for 2 minutes to dissolve sugar. When sugar mixture is done......stir to make sure sugar is dissolved. Stir in eggs and wisk well. Pour in ramekins. Put in pan and add water to bottom. Bake 325 for 40 minutes. Roll them out and let them stand for awhile to dry. When you can roll them lengthwise without sticking then cut them and unroll them. Homemade noodles are soooooooooo much better than store ones!! Cook till your desired tenderness. I use angle hair pasta. Cook that while other stuff is cooking. When hamburger is done add it to the angle hair pasta with the classico creamy sun dried tomato sauce and black olives. Heat on stove until warm and top with grated parmesian regiano cheese. Cool on rack for 10 minutes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For Filling&lt;br /&gt;BEAT cream cheese, sugar and brown sugar in a large mixer bowl until fluffy. Beat in eggs, pumpkin and evaporated milk. Add cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg; beat well. Pour into crust.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For Topping&lt;br /&gt;MIX sour cream, sugar and vanilla extract in small bowl; mix well. Spread over surface of warm cheesecake. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool. Refigerate for several hours or overnight. Remove side of springform pan. I put crushed pecans on mine before I bake the last five minutes.
